What is Craftomatic and who is it for?

Craftomatic is a sales and inventory tracking tool built specifically for handmade sellers who sell across multiple channels like Etsy, Faire, Shopify, and craft fairs.

How much does it cost?

Craftomatic is currently available in a limited free beta. After the beta ends, it will be available for a small monthly subscription fee based on the numbers of orders you track per month.

Which sales channels are supported?

Craftomatic currently supports order and profitability tracking for Etsy, Faire, Stripe, Shopify, and Square. Order syncing is available for Stripe with other platforms coming soon.

How does inventory tracking work?

Craftomatic supports three types of inventory tracking: finished goods, raw materials, and print-on-demand. Finished goods are items, like stickers, that you buy from a supplier. Raw materials are for products, like notecards, that you make or customize from a pool of raw materials. Print-on-demand is for products that are ordered or made at the time of the order.
